Your registration is provisional until payment is received. The registration fee paid is not refunded if the team cancels on its own. You will find payment information in the registration confirmation and on your team page.

School accommodation

For teams that choose school accommodation, there are different options to choose from. It is mandatory for everyone who will be staying at school to book a school guest card. ATTENTION! Leaders also buy school guest cards.

All meals are eaten at a school, either the same one the team lives at or a nearby school.

Own mattress including bedding, max. 90 cm, brought by the participant himself.

Hotel accommodation  (At Best Western Eurostop, Elite City Hotell Örebro, Scandic Örebro Väst)

For teams that choose hotelaccommodation, there are different options to choose from. It is mandatory for everyone who will be staying at hotels to book a hotel guest card. ATTENTION! Leaders also buy hotel guest cards.

Breakfast are eaten at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are eaten at a school.

OBS! We have a limited numbers of hotel rooms. Observed no refunds of the hotel guest card if teams unsubscribe after 12 September.

Registration fee - Must be paid 14 days from the registration. 

School guest card - 12  September

Hotel guest card - 12 September   

WITHDRAWAL FEE

If the team withdrawl 21 days before Select Cup, the team will be charges a sum of 1000 SEK. If the team withdrawl 14 days before Select Cup, the team will be charges a sum of 2000 SEK. 

If the team withdrawl after the 26 September, no guset card will be refunded without medical certificate.

Until the 26 September a part of the guest card will be refunded, 350 SEK. It is also needed to send in the medicial certificate.
